concentrations of the ten substances below within the homogenous materials of the products.

1. Lead (Pb) 0.10%
2. Mercury (Hg) 0.10%
3. Cadmium (Cd) 0.01%
4. Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) 0.10%
5. Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) 0.10%

8. Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) 0.10%

Within Eaton’s Bussmann series fuses product range are products designed specifically for the US market (UL approved fuses). A number of these parts (see Appendix A, pages 2 to 6) will contain at least one of the ten
substances above the maximum permitted concentrations and will no longer be allowed to be sold in the European Community, EEA countries and several other countries following the European RoHS-regulations."

A list of the parts can be found in the attachment.
